All orders are shipped within South Africa via Courier Guy door-to-door delivery. No international shipping is offered. This page summarises our shipping and returns procedures. Full legal terms are available in our Terms of Service.
Delivery
How Shipping Works
At checkout, live shipping rates are requested from Courier Guy based on your delivery address. The cheapest available service is selected and a processing fee is applied. Orders are packed with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required to maintain product integrity during transit. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
Most urban deliveries within South Africa arrive within two to four business days after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may take longer. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds, force majeure events, or courier disruptions outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information including a waybill reference number. You can monitor delivery progress in real time through the Orders section of your account. Each order displays its current status — pending, packing, shipped, delivered, refunded, or cancelled — along with live tracking events and timestamps for each stage.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive and restricted-use nature of research products, returns are generally not accepted for opened, used, tampered, or temperature-compromised items. Products returned without prior written approval will not be processed. The Consumer Protection Act cooling-off provisions do not apply to perishable or temperature-sensitive goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive the wrong product or a shipment that is visibly damaged on arrival, notify us promptly — within 48 hours of delivery where possible — with supporting evidence. Where we confirm a mis-shipment or verified transit damage, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
